Description

The metadata description for the OpenShift sandboxed containers Operator in the UI under the Details tab and the Documentation section needs updated 

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the OpenShift sandboxed containers Operator
2. When installed review the Details 
3. Under the Documentation header the See the official documentation here points to the incorrect link this should be for example for 1.4 https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_sandboxed_containers/1.4/html/openshift_sandboxed_containers_user_guide/index 
4. In addition the doc link in KataConfig > select Create KataConfig are incorrect. They should be https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_sandboxed_containers/1.4/html/openshift_sandboxed_containers_user_guide/deploying-sandboxed-containers-workloads
