We need to understand how the kata pod memory size is changing over time.  We need to test with a common pod on different versions of kata-containers.  We also need to collect the OCP version and describe if the memory include the podoverhead or not.

Test matix:

kata-container 3.0.2, 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.6

with appropriate versions of OCP and OSC (might be complicated)

Also would be good to test runc with rhel8 vs rhel9 just to compare.
