We created the midstream repo for cpaas when the policy was to create it in cpaas-midstream.  This policy changed to asking team to create their own repo and managing them,  hence we created osc/midstream.  he osc-operator should move there so all the repos are in one place.

This will require changing the group in the product.yaml for each product version just after the repo moves.  As far as I can tell we can move the repo ourselves.
