<What were you trying to do that didn't work?>

I was deploying kataconfig with 1.6.0-41.  The kata part finished bug the peerpods part never did. This error was the only one in controller-manager log:

Error fetching feature gates: ConfigMap "osc-feature-gates"  not found

Steps to reproduce

<What actions did you take to hit the bug?>
1. Install operator
2. Create peerpods cm secret and ssh-key-secret
3. create kataconfig with peerpods enabled

Expected result

<What did you expect to happen?>

kata-remote runtime class available

Actual result

<What actually happened?>

no kata-remote runtime classs

Can't use peerpods
