While during OSC deployment AMI job runs automatically when no AMI ID provided, we wish to give a customer ability to create and manage AMI images themeselves, for any reason like GPU and other staff. So such a job should be added to upstream, been tested and then documented for next OSC release (probably 1.7.0). There should be a job for AWS and another one for Azure.
