There is an upstream discussion around changing cloud-api-adaptor repository structure (cloud-api-adaptor/pull/1719 is). The idea is proposing a better organization with the code base and probably it will break our build process.

We need to adapt the Dockerfiles to the new layout, after/if this PR gets merged.
