Dependency on QEMU RPM is outdated

Description

The RPM for kata-containers still depends on QEMU 6.2 but upstream kata-containers bumped to QEMU 7.2 since version 3.1.0.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into a node with kata deployed
2. Run "rpm -q kata-containers --requires | grep qemu-kvm-core"
3.

Expected result

Something like :

qemu-kvm-core >= 17:7.2.0

which is the current version shipped with RHEL9.2 based RHCOS.

Actual result

qemu-kvm-core >= 15:6.2.0

Impact

Doesn't really affect customers as RHEL9.2 based RHCOS versions ship QEMU 7.2.

Could affect the experience of a development/support/testing engineer doing manual installs though.

Env

Bug found on OCP 4.15 with kata-containers-3.1.3-4.rhaos4.14.el9.x86_64.

Issue still exists with latest 3.2.0 builds.
