Currently, we have LABEL com.redhat.openshift.versions=v4.9 in our Dockerfile for the bundle image.  According to https://docs.engineering.redhat.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=368044797 that I found in an  warning from CVP, we should be setting it to something like "v4.12 - v4.15" for 1.5.2 and for 1.6.0 if we release when expected.
