Test case OCP-66108 ( Version in operator CSV should match expected version ) fails on OSC 1.6.0

 Steps to reproduce

1. Install Operator 1.6.0
2. Execute test case OCP-66108

Expected result

The operator version should match the CSV version - test should pass

Actual result

Test failure
