One of the issues with testing https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KATA-2593 upgrade 1.4.1 -> 1.5.0 is having a catalog with 1.4.1 GA in it.

quay.io/openshift_sandboxed_containers/openshift-sandboxed-containers-operator-catalog has versions from brew, but it is not clear if any are GA versions. Some lead with a v, but v1.4.8 is one of the tags. To see, run

The OCP catalogs are always v4.xx and have the latest GA. It is unwieldy to extract individual operators
