OSC 1.5.0 does not have 1.5.0 in the csv version

      Description

      Installing a pre-GA OSC (1.5.0-7) generated in brew

      Also 1.5.0-10

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a catalog point to quay.io/openshift_sandboxed_containers/openshift-sandboxed-containers-operator-catalog:1.5.0-7
      2. subscribe to OSC with that catalog
      3. oc get csv

      Expected result

      To see 1.5.0 everywhere

      oc get csv

      sandboxed-containers-operator.v1.5.0   OpenShift sandboxed containers Operator   1.5.0                Succeeded

      Actual result

       

      sandboxed-containers-operator.v1.4.0   OpenShift sandboxed containers Operator   1.4.0                Succeeded
