      Description

The latest release made yesterday was made with Grade C operators:

      Steps to reproduce

      open https://catalog.redhat.com/software/operators/detail/5ee0d499fdbe7cddc2c91cf5
      1. check the components list at the end of the page.
      2. Click on the operator or the monitor.
      3. See that they are grade C in Health index.

      Expected result

Recent released software must be grade A

      Actual result

      Grade C is seen

      Additional helpful info

I was checking the code for the operator today, and the docker file seems to be based on registry.redhat.io/ubi8/ubi-minimal:8.6

That UBI release is also grade C, according to https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/ubi8-minimal/5c64772edd19c77a158ea216?architecture=amd64&tag=8.6-994&push_date=1666894348000

If the page above doesn't work, just search for the ubi-minimal in the catalog and select the latest 8.6 tag (8.6-994).

There you can see that 8.6 is grade C, and we should be using 8.7 now.

I don't know if it's actually the root cause of our grade C, but it might be.
