kataconfig of osc subscription in console shows 404

Description

When I go to kataconfig  after subscribing, I see a 404.  It continues after creating kataconfig as well.  Firefox & chrome have the same issue

Steps to reproduce

1.  create catalogsrc & Image source polucy to use 1.3.0-13
2. Subscribe to the 1.3.0 osc in OperatorHub
3. go to the KataConfig area of osc

Expected result

See an empty screen.

After clicking on Create KataConfig you should see the  example-kataconfig with options to delete it.

Actual result

Clicking on Create KataConfig shows the form & yaml to install.  After clicking Create, the 404: Not Found is still shown.

oc get kataconfig example-kataconfig -o yaml 

shows progress and kataconfig creation succeeds.

Impact

A user won't be able to rely on the GUI.  They will have to use the CLI to delete kataconfig and get other information about it.
