Pod is not accessible using IPv6 from another node

      Description of problem:
      When trying to access a pod using its IPv6 address it is not accessible

      How reproducible:
      Every time

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1.Install the kata operator on the cluster
      2.Create a pod using that runs using the kata-runtime
      3.Check on which worker node that pod is running on and ssh to another worker node.
      4.Try to access this pod from the other node using the pod's IPv6 address

      Actual results:
      Doesn't able to connect

      Expected results:
      Connects successfullu

      Additional info:
      This works with regular pods, but not with pods that run using the kata-rutime...
