Tomcat-vault rpm instalation Doc

SInce https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JWS-281 has bee fixed I propose update mentioned listed chapter.

1. step 2 declare as zip specific
2. step 3 divide to steps I)Copy ... (declare as zip specific) II) Edit ... catalina.properties (this is valid for zip and RPMs)
3. There is a note 'In the tomcat-vault RPM installation, the vault jar is l...' which can be removed since no manual step is needed in RPM installation.
4. Mention somewhere that all stuff related to RPM tomcat vault is part of jws5-tomcat-vault package (zip has extra zip) and can be installed by command yum install jws5-tomcat-vault
