Remove httpd from selinux section (move mod_cluster section from JWS 3's guide to JBCS)

      Need to update selinux section to remove references to httpd once JBCS-174 is resolved.

      original bug description
      The JBCS Installation Guide is missing the selinux information for mod_cluster. The mod_cluster row from table 2.1 from section 2.4.1 of the JWS 3 Installation Guide should be moved to JBCS. This row has been removed from the JWS 3.1.0 Installation Guide, so we need to put it in the JBCS guide as soon as we can.

      Additionally, the name (mod_cluster) should also be updated to 'mod_cluster-native' to reflect the correct package name.
