The zip distribution of tomcat contains copies of libraries in tomcat/lib instead of the original symlinks

      I was testing jws-4.0.0.cr1 earlier and noticed that we're packaging copies of the shared objects rather than the original symlinks:

      $ ls -lh jws-4.0/tomcat/lib/lib*.so*
