In reviewing the LB configuration guide I noticed that Chapter 4
(https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_web_server/3.1/html-single/http_connectors_and_load_balancing_guide/#websocket_on_tomcat)
is out of place and should be moved elsewhere. The whole guide is
about configuring httpd, with a few mentions of tomcat, so we need to
move chapter 4 out and then migrate the entire guide to JBCS'
documentation (after John gives the go ahead on that).
