Section 2.4.1 in the Installation Guide should like Section 2.7 in the Release Notes and Section 2.4.2 should look like Section 2.6 from the Release Notes as well. You already have the content, it just needs to be in both places

I'd also suggest keeping the text and tomcat bullet points from Section 2.4.2 of the current guide and keeping the tomcat portion of Table 2.1 as well from the current guide; that is all useful information.
