Invalid references to hibernate tutorial/directories

      Title: Introduction to Using Hibernate

      Describe the issue:
      The chapter says that "tutorial is included in the distribution in the doc/reference/tutorial/ directory". Chapter also contains reference to "eg/ directory in the Hibernate distribution". There are no such directories in none of following zip files:

      • hibernate-dist-3.0.0-ER2.1.zip
      • jws-docs-3.0.0-ER2.1.zip
      • jws-examples-3.0.0-ER2.1.zip
      • jws-src-3.0.0-ER2.1.zip
      • jws-application-servers-*.zip
      • jws-webserver-connectors-*.zip

      Suggestions for improvement:
      Provide relevant information about the location of tutorials and example applications.
