While we do not directly support Spring Boot, we would like to enable our JWS users to utilize the framework. In order to do that, we will need to perform some component upgrades to enable customers to use Spring Boot 4 with JWS.

System requirements for SB 4 are at https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/4.0/system-requirements.html, but users require Jakarta 11 Specification implementations (read: Apache Tomcat 11) and a minimum Java version of 17 with the recommended being 25.
