JWS operator does not create a route (in some conditions) when webserver is created and no error message is shown.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create webserver with application name where application name satisfies

• ApplicationName length < 64 characters
• ApplicationName length + Project name length > 64 characters

Operator does not show any message however the route is not created (pods, deployments, service are created).

Possible solution:
Create an input parameter check which does not to allow such names
