With the introduction of the websockets examples (and them not working) it was brought to attention that the examples webapp we ship with tomcat is useless. It only contains an index.html stating that the webapps were removed (README.CVE-2007-1355.tomcat7 and README.CVE-2007-1355.tomcat8) which isn't an example of anything

We need to remove webapps/examples/websocket for sure, but can we just get rid of webapps/examples altogether? We will still provide the zip for QE to test with, I just want to clean up the distribution a bit.
