Tomcat-vault 1.0.6 oneoff is broken.

• It is missing modules (2x module.xml file).
• Bat and Sh script are badly configured, there are still trying run .jar as it was in old CR2 build.

I run it with modules simmilar to CR2 build but with new jar, my tomcat vault looks like this

[root@localhost tomcat-vault-1.0.6]# ls
modules  tomcat-vault.bat  tomcat-vault.sh
[root@localhost tomcat-vault-1.0.6]# ls modules/
javax  tomcat-vault
[root@localhost tomcat-vault-1.0.6]# ls modules/tomcat-vault/main/
module.xml  tomcat-vault.jar
[root@localhost tomcat-vault-1.0.6]# ls modules/javax/api/main/
module.xml

Scripts should be changed to (in this build) to run $JBOSS_HOME/modules/tomcat-vault/main/tomcat-vault.jar
