Unable to enable SECURITY_MANAGER through jws5-tomcat.conf in zip based installation

      Add the "-security" flag to the "ExecStart" argument to the service: "ExecStart=/opt/tomcat/jws-5.3/tomcat/bin/startup.sh -security"

      1) Download Red Hat JBoss Web Server 5.3.0 Application Server for RHEL 8 x86_64 and Red Hat JBoss Web Server 5.3.0 Application Server .
      2) Extracted both zip files.
      3) Set tomcat user permission for JWS folder.
      4) Run the ./.postinstall.systemd command.
      5) Change SECURITY_MANAGER="false" to SECURITY_MANAGER="true" in "$JWS_HOME/tomcat/conf/jws5-tomcat.conf"
      6) Reload daemon(systemctl daemon-reload) and started service using(systemctl start jws5-tomcat.service).
