Distribute Tomcat 8 via the hosted RH Maven Repo

      All of the Tomcat dependencies required for Spring Boot applications running on Tomcat must be distributed via the hosted RH Maven repo. The repo will be the official source for OpenShift S2I builds to get current, supported, productized Tomcat jars.

      The maven repo will receive updates of from all Tomcat 3.x.y releases as they become available.
