The maven repository zip contains unnecessary build information in the top level directory name

    Description

      The JWS 3.1.0 SP3 maven repository zip contains the build information in the zip name:

      $ zipinfo jws-maven-repository-3.1.3.zip | head -n3 | tail -n1
drwxrwxr-x  3.0 unx        0 bx stor 18-Mar-29 20:23 jws-maven-repository-3.1.0-SP3_CR1/

      That should always be the GA versions, like EAPs:

      $ zipinfo jboss-eap-7.1.0-maven-repository.zip | head -n3 | tail -n1
drwxr-xr-x  3.0 unx        0 bx stor 17-Nov-03 16:37 jboss-eap-7.1.0.GA-maven-repository/
