jBPM-embedded use case with DBCP and Narayana fails with H2 database (used for PR checks and as a baseline platform for comparison with production DBs).

Please note that apart from the changes shown in the PR, another fix was proposed by swiderski.maciej into Drools/drools-persistence, which jBPM depends on, that significantly reduced occurrence of this failure:
