[JGRP-982] Extend linux method of creating multicast socket to HP-UX

              Extend linux method of creating multicast socket to HP-UX to avoid cross talk.
      LONG DESCRIPTION:
              On HP-UX, when using different multicast address but same mcast ports, cross talk was happening. Applying the same Linux trick to HP-UX made the cross talk dissapear, so add HP-UX case was added.
      MANUAL INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
              Rename %JBOSS_HOME%/server/all/lib/jgroups.jar to "jgroups.replacedBy.JGRP-983.jar.old"
              Copy the new jgroups.jar to %JBOSS_HOME%/server/all/lib/jgroups.jar
              Rename %JBOSS_HOME%/server/production/lib/jgroups.jar to "jgroups.replacedBy.JGRP-983.jar.old"
              Copy the new jgroups.jar to %JBOSS_HOME%/server/production/lib/jgroups.jar
      COMPATIBILITY:
              Patch should only be used with EAP 4.3.0.GA_CP04.
