The TP.DiagnosticsHandler could be configured to periodically send selected information to a central server (or to multiple servers) via UDP datagrams (or multicasts).

This would allow a central server (e.g. a management server) to learn about the clusters and their instances in a network. Of course, this could be turned off via configuration.

This would be complimentary to Probe
