The JGRP-465 issue can occur in 2.5+ if the concurrent stack is disabled. Need to decide if and how to handle that. Possible solution is to port the fix from Branch_2_4 but disable it if a configuration message comes up/down the stack indicating that the concurrent stack is in use.
