jgroups-raft wants a JChannel(String, Properties) constructor.

Instead of creating a number of permutations for passing a properties map to the constructor, it might be better to offer a builder approach, where new parameters could be added to the builder instead of having to create new constructors.

All the constructors could be implemented using this new builder.
