We have members A,B,C,D and A sends multicast messages.

• D becomes unresponsive
• A blocks on sending messages: its send-buffer becomes full because D doesn't send any ACKs to A
• When a new view without D is installed, A should be able to continue sending messages, but it blocks

Check if UNICAST4 is affected, too.
