Remove Refcountable, RefcountImpl, RefcountedNioMessage and RefcountedBytesMessage.

These are experimental, and the javadoc states that they can be removed at any time without notice.

Apparently (questions on mailing list), nobody's ever used these classes. They clutter the code, so removing them will make the code slimmer.
