JGRP-2631 introduced an MR jar to be able to use the virtual threads features available in JDK 19.
However, since these are preview features, there is no way to fallback to the old version in case the JDK is not running with the appropriate switch.
We should instead move to an ServiceLoader model, attempting to load each implementation in turn until one is found that doesn't cause errors
