Add a REST endpoint to GossipRouter to fetch stats via the Infinispan CLI. The endpoint could be a component (JGRP-2567), so it could also be used in other scenarios (e.g. TP).
The endpoint needs to translate requests to Probe requests and Probe responses to REST responses.
