ClassConfigurator.addProtocol doesn't register protocol by magic number

      This almost looks like a bug to me.

      When I register my custom ping protocol with ClassConfigurator.addProtocol, it only gets registered in protocol_ids but not protocol_names. So when I do ClassConfigurator.getProtocol(short) in my test I get back null.
