      Run the attached bla.java with the attached tcp.xml. Connect-disconnect works, but a subsequent connect causes 10 failed JOIN attempts until the member becomes a singleton.

      MPING in a TCP stack doesn't pass a connect-disconnect-connect cycle, but the 2nd connect has 10 failed JOIN requests and then becomes a singleton
