add "type" key attribute to ObjectNames of JGroups MBeans

The ObjectNames of the recently added channel and protocol MBeans do not contain sufficient key properties to perform ObjectName queries that will return all MBeans of a particular type. Would you please add a new "type" attribute that can be used for such queries? For example:

JGroups:type=channel,channel=HQ_HA_GROUP
JGroups:type=protocol,channel=HQ_HA_GROUP,protocol=FD

This will make using the JGroups MBeans easier for mgmt apps and other clients.
