Discovery: read and write cache contents to/from a file

    Description

      Add managed operations to read IP addresses, logical addresses and logical names from a file and add them to a file. Also provide an operation to dump the contents of the cache to a file.
      The file format is one used in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JGRP-1826
