MERGE3: don't print the full views in ViewConsistencyChecker.dumpViews()

MERGE3$ViewConsistencyChecker.dumpViews() dumps the entire View; it doesn't use View.toString().
SOLUTION: use Util.MAX_LIST_PRINT_SIZE to limit the number of members printed.
