    Description

      This can be done with GossipRouter and 2 instances of Draw that use tunnel.xml.
      The partition can be simulated by killing the GR, merge can be triggered by restarting it.
      Note that currently, when we kill the GR, FD doesn't detect this and doesn't generate a SUSPECT event !
