TUNNEL: does not reconnect to Gossip Router after TCP connection loss (version from 2.6.8 to 2.6.14 )

      I am using Tunnel protocol to communicate in between 2 network, the problem is that if a node lost the connection to gossip router it will never reconnect.
      I am attached sample test program and my configuration .
