infinispan-spark-0.3.0 is missing from the JDG Maven Repository.

While both spark 1.6 and spark 2.0 are included as independent distributions in the downloads page, we only include infinispan-spark-0.4.0 in the maven repository. This corresponds with spark 2.0.

The spark 1.6 bits should be included in the maven repository.
