To be able to build a JDG application and include all necessary product bits it is important to not have dependencies to EAP.
This is important as JDG can be uses as a standalone product where EAP is never used and users does not want to have dependencies to a product which is not part of their environment.

The documentation should make clear that this parts should not part of an application if deployed inside of EAP and here the SCOPE=provided must be used.
