The C++ client in JDG 7.1.0 ER5 has JDG-784, and two other issues:

1. The CMakeLists.txt has multiple definitions for the hotrod_protobuf static library which caused configuration failures when using HOTROD_PREBUILT_LIB_DIR
2. The standalone-hotrod-ssl-client-auth.xml file refers to the Infinispan 9.0 schema
