Data Grid Helm 8.4 and prior releases provided image with the stream tag as registry.redhat.io/datagrid/datagrid-8-rhel8:1.4 and since the 8.5 the image no longer contains the tag part.

This means that once 8.6 is out, the 8.5 Helm chart will install 8.6 server version as it defaults to latest. We should prevent the same issue with 8.6 and use 1.6 tag
