DB Allocator infrastructure was decommissioned at the end of June and only some of the DBs were migrated and are now taken care of by members of the EAP team. At the same time the DB Allocator was quite often unreliable in providing DBs and jobs failed due to this issue.

Server DB compatibility tests were already migrated and we need to migrate SQL Store and Tomcat embedded tests as well. Migration away from DB Allocator to container based DBs will grant us greater freedom in version testing as well as stability and accessibility of the DBs.
