      OpenShift 4.20 introduced OLMv1 with Webhooks as a tech preview feature that should GA in OpenShift 4.21. We should update our automations to support OLMv1 installations alongside OLMv0 and run all the tests to verify that everything works properly.

      Note: Due to webhook defintinions being TP on OCP 4.20, the OpenShift needs to be installed with FeatureSet enabled. FeatureSet can be enabled in downstream OCP installer automation using FEATURE_SET flag in the job, setting featureSet = "TechPreviewNoUpgrade" in the install-config.yaml OCP installer file or check documentation on how to enable Tech Preview features on existing cluster.
