[Operator] Restore failure during upgrade on 'org.infinispan.LOCKS'

      `TestOperandUpgrades` fails with latest unreleased version of the Operator (8.5.6) while it passes with released one (8.5.5). There seems to be a regression on the Operator side when restoring a backup from 8.4.2-1 to 8.4.3-x up to 8.4.5-y operand versions.
